Barre is a low-impact, high-results class that fuses Pilates, Ballet-inspired technique and strength training. Using the barre for support, you'll move through a mix of small and controlled pulses and flowing sequences to target the glutes, thighs, arms and core. This class focusses on activating stabilising muscles to improve strength, balance and endurance. No dance experience needed- just come ready to sculpt and sweat.

With an emphasis on core engagement, posture and fluid transitions, this class helps improve flexibility, strength and balance.
